NITDroid – Android auf dem N900Android User kennen es, das kleine Tool “BusyBox” und nun sieht es so aus, als würde das Programm auch auf NITDroid ein zu Hause finden.
E-yes hat BusyBox am 21.10 2010 in den NITDroid-Code implementiert wie das folgende Bild belegt.
Ob und wann e-yes ein Update für BusyBox veröffentlichen wird ist noch unklar, klar ist jedoch das mit diesem kleinen Tool die Verwendungsmöglichkeiten für NITDroid steigen würden, denn in Verbindung mit Root Rechten (Superuser), könntenauch Apps installiert werden, die uns bisher verwehrt blieben.
Ob e-yes diese Superuser-Rechte aber ebenfalls implementiert ist auch noch offen.
Was ist BusyBox?
BusyBox ist ein kleines Tool, das zusätzliche praktische LINUX / UNIX-basierte Befehle mit sich bringt, welche standardmäßig nicht funktionieren. BusyBox wird benötigt um z.B. auf Root-Ebene bestimmte Aufgaben ausführen zu können, so benötigt Titanium Backup BusyBox sowie Rootrechte
